Clinical review worklist
Patients who tapped “I no longer need this”. Each entry is held in a reversible state until you confirm or reinstate it — nothing was auto-cancelled.
No entries are awaiting review.
High clinical-risk flags
Patients who reported a high pain or mobility score via symptom tracking, or answered that their symptoms have got worse on the text-message page. This is a prompt for clinical review — not real-time monitoring; there is no guaranteed response time. Manage through your normal clinical pathway.
How the band is set: a reported pain or mobility score above 7 shows as Elevated; 9 or above shows as Extreme. The score each band came from is shown on the row. These thresholds are provisional defaults awaiting Clinical Safety Officer confirmation — treat the band as a sorting aid and the score, with the patient record, as the thing to act on.
No high clinical-risk flags right now.
No response recorded
Patients issued a validation link that expired without a response, and who have not responded since. Their place on the list is unchanged — not replying never moves anyone, and is never treated as consent to remove.
What this does and does not tell you: we record when a link was issued, not whether a message was delivered. An undelivered text looks identical here to someone who chose not to reply. So this is “no response recorded” — never “the patient chose not to respond”. What to do about it, if anything, is a clinical and operational decision for the Trust; this tool takes no action on silence.
No unanswered invitations recorded.
Short-notice slot matchmaker
A theatre slot opened at short notice? Find patients who opted in and are waiting for that procedure. Decision support only — it does not contact, book, or rank who “deserves” care; the clinician makes the final offer on the full clinical picture. Results carry no patient identifiers — you contact a chosen patient through their record and the audited dispatch path.
Ordering and equity (for the Trust to decide): the shortlist is currently ordered by longest wait (earliest referral date first). It does not reflect clinical priority; the final ordering rule is the Trust’s. A “High risk” marker is the patient’s own report of a high symptom score or worse symptoms, not a clinical assessment. It is there for the clinician to weigh and does not move anyone up the list. Some patients (carers, those without transport) may be less able to take short-notice slots — this tool must not systematically disadvantage them.
No opted-in patients match that procedure.
EHR sync health (FHIR)
Status of outbound cancellation notifications to the hospital EHR. A failed count above zero, or a rising “oldest pending” age, means a sync needs a human — it does not clear itself. (Egress is off by default until DPIA + data-sharing sign-off.)
Proxy access
Grant a verified carer/parent access to a patient’s record, or revoke it. Granting requires recorded Caldicott consent + identity verification (out of band).
